From acting in the Oscar-winning Platoon in 1986 to “Duh. Winning!” in 2011, Charlie Sheen has taken a beating lately. Perhaps he would be wise to buy Platoon, now on Blu-ray, and rediscover his mojo. A barebones reflection of the Vietnam War, Platoon not only generated critical acclaim at that time, but also box office success. Rare for a war movie, at that time, to generate such acceptance. Charlie has gone from Platoon to Wall Street, then  yucking it up in Major League, Spin City and Two and  a Half Men. And now, to possibly selling his home to porn producers. I love Hollywood!
