The Ophone isn’t really a phone, but rather a device that lets you send and receive smells. The current Ophone prototype can produce up to 320 different smells, each of which can be digitally sent to another Ophone via Bluetooth-enabled smartphones. So like, when Mother’s Day rolls around, you can send mom the scent of flowers, as opposed to real flowers, which are so cliche (and costly).
