Have you heard of Faralli & Mazzanti? No, it’s that new restaurant downtown with the singing waiters and fresh pecorino. They’re an Italian automaker responsible for this magnificent creature you see below: the Evantra. Only five vehicles are set to be  produced, but oh how those five owners will enjoy it. The Evantra’s engine comes in either a naturally-aspirated or twin-turbo version of the 3.5-liter flat six cylinder that whips up either 400 or 600 horsepower. Composite or custom aluminum bodywork means the Evantra can weigh as little as 2,645 lbs, enabling it go 0-62 in a nutso 3.7 seconds. That’s fast enough to get you to that little bistro before they even finish olive oiling up your bread plate.
