2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Convertible

Well aware that slicing off the roof off a Camaro is a needlessly messy job, Chevrolet is doing the work for you with the 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Convertible; a vehicle that’s shaping up to be the most powerful factory-built Chevy convertible ever built. GM’s jim dandy of a drop-top will include a supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V-8 engine, turning out 580 horses and 556 lb-ft of torque. A front strut tower brace, transmission support reinforcement, and a V-shaped brace across the car’s rear underbody section also will be in the mix. No word yet on a price. Look for it in showrooms early 2012.
