If you have a car named the hellcat, you win. It evokes beastly power. See Hellcat from Marvel Comics, the Hellcat firefighter plane and Hellcat Records (awesome punk label). Now, the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. Over six hundred mother-lovin’ horsepower in the most powerful V8 engine ever built by Chrysler. Production begins later this year and at the very least, just take this for a spin.
Dodge Challenger SRT Yellow Jacket and Charger SRT8 Super Bee
Rides By on Nov 10, 2011
It’s a bug. It’s a bee. It’s…..the new 2012 Charger SRT8 Super Bee and Challenger SRT8 392 Yellow Jacket featuring Stinger Yellow and Pitch Black paint schemes. How clever. The Charger Super Bee package (available in yellow or black, of course), includes a full sticker and stripe package highlighting the 3D helmeted bee logo along with five-spoke aluminum wheels with black painted pockets. The interior is accented with yellow and silver striping and stitching. Likewise, the Challenger Yellow Jacket is enveloped with more yellow and black, inside and out, while it proudly sports the new Yellow Jacket logo. Both models are equipped with a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 engine that cranks out 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. The Challenger is available with a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic, but the Charger offers only the automatic. The new insect collection, as I like to call it, from Chrysler, is bold, distinctive, and anything but subtle.
