Friday The 13th: The Complete Blu-ray Collection

Horror fans and people who just really enjoy “chih chih chih hah hah hah” noises have reason to rejoice: Friday The 13th: The Complete Collection is coming to Blu-ray. For the first time, all twelve of Jason’s slice-and-dice films will be packaged together (with seven of them making HD debuts), along with 11 hours of previously released special features and a 40-page soft cover book.  The 10-disc collection ($130) will come in a collectible tin case, and the set will also include digital versions of each film via UltraViolet.

Too Much Horror Business by Metallica’s Kirk Hammett

It appears that whenever Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett wasn’t on stage with the band he was hoarding a wicked huge collection of monster-movie memorabilia. Too Much Horror Business ($23) is a beautiful hardcover book that shows off Hammett’s treasure trove of rare posters, props, costumes, and toys from the silent movie era to the modern-day slasher flicks. Bela Lugosi’s annotated Dracula script? It’s here. Donnie Darko’s bunny suit? Check. Dom DeLuise’s skidmarked drawers from Cannonball Run II? No sir.

Check out more from Kirk after the jump.
