The rumors of Nokia’s next flagship Windows phone being a 2-inch flip model powered by the Commodore 64’s 8-bit processor are absolutely… false! In fact, the Lumia 920, a Windows 8 phone, will feature a curved, Gorilla Glass-coated 4.5-inch display, a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
But it’s the next-level camera quality that has lots of techies excited. The 920’s 8-megapixel camera has optical image stabilization, promising to make your videos a much smoother watch, as well as improved low light capabilities. The phone also supports built-in wireless charging, so your fear of plugging small things into small holes can get a much-needed breather. No word yet on pricing, but it’ll probably cost more than that rumored version of the phone we told you about. There had to be a catch.
