The 1000-Watt BLDC electric motor takes you from zero to 10 mph in three seconds. The self-balancing comes courtesy onboard sensors with 1,000 balance calculations being made per second. You control left and right turns by leaning, as well as leaning forward to move and back to brake. Just grow that ‘stache and you’ll be at the front of the retro pack for 2012.
